A fixture in Bay Harbor Islands since 1994, Caffe Da Vinci reopened in December 2010 after 5-months of renovation to the 2,500-square-foot restaurant.  The interiors offer guests a duel-part-experience from dinner to lounge, while maintaining an old-world-feel that is complemented by contemporary culinary pep.  The menu offers house made selections of contemporary Italian cuisine with influences of molecular gastronomy, a scientific discipline that studies the physical and chemical processes that occurs while cooking.

Caffé Da Vinci is located just minutes from Bal Harbour shops on 1009 Kane Concourse in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.  The restaurant and lounge are open Monday through Friday for lunch 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 pm and dinner from 5:30 p.m. - 10: 30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday with extended lounge hours until 2 a.m.  Enjoy progressive Italian fare with whimsical takes on molecular gastronomy.  The restaurant is under new management, helmed by a new chef and owner.
